Pet hair is included at no extra cost. Look, we're pet owners, we get it. Typical dog hair and day-to-day pet ownership isn't an issue, and you shouldn't be charged for owning a dog, so we don't.

The one exception is excessive pet hair. If the build-up is heavy enough that we know we'll be there all day, we'd appreciate a little extra to cover some of the time needed. That charge is capped at a maximum of £10, always agreed with you before we start, never added afterwards.

99% of the time this isn't the case, and the vast majority of bookings with a dog in the car carry no charge at all. Holly was a border collie. She would have wanted it that way.

The price we quote is the price you pay. We quote before we start and we don't increase it halfway through. If we got the quote wrong, that's our problem, not yours.

You have 72 hours after a visit to raise a problem. We put it right or refund the affected work. Tell us through the support page and we will sort it.

Every visit adds mileage, tyre readings, condition notes and photographs to your vehicle's Holly Passport. The record belongs to the car: if you sell it, the Passport can transfer to the next keeper. Your account, bookings and payment details stay with you.
